Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented auditor to monitor cafeteria operations and ensure that all outlets consistently follow company SOPs, Halal and food-safety standards.

You will conduct regular and surprise audits, review documentation, train staff on SOPs, and support management to improve operational efficiency and service quality across outlets. The role requires strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel between outlets.

Qualifications

• Malaysian only.
• Diploma or degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Food Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in F&B operations, catering, cafeteria or central-kitchen operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, KKM requirements and food-safety practices
• Strong observation, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Firm, fair and confident when enforcing SOPs
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with outlet teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets
• Fresh graduates with relevant food-safety knowledge may also apply
