• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well‑being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
