Job summary

Boncafe (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to build and grow the company’s portfolio across multiple F&B sectors. You will identify, develop and acquire new customers to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.

Respond promptly to inquiries, handle complaints, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Travel as required and support management with ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the food and beverages industry.
• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 years of in sales or business development.
• Experience in HoReCa industry is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive and open to continuous learning.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to travel.
• Possess strong analytical, planning skills with good business acumen.

Responsibilities

• To build and grow the company’s portfolio across multiple F&B sectors.
• To identify, develop and acquire new customers to expand the customer base and achieve assigned sales and volume targets.
• Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries regarding product knowledge, technical specifications and functionality.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new key clients.
• Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.
• Monitor customer feedback and analyse product performance and usage; recommend appropriate solutions and improvements.
