Job summary

Yummyjoy Group Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang is seeking a Sales Consultant (Beverage Specialist) to grow our client base in the F&B sector. You will visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and other operators, introduce beverage products, build relationships and hit monthly sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales (F&B or food service), excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across Malaysia to secure new business with key accounts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (F&B, bakery, or food service background a BIG plus!)
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new HORECA customers and business opportunities
• Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and other F&B operators
• Introduce and recommend suitable beverage products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on leads, quotations, samples and customer enquiries
• Conduct product presentations and basic product demonstrations with our barista
• Understand customers' menus and recommend suitable beverage solutions
• Identify new market opportunities and potential key accounts
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Work closely with the internal team on customer requirements and projects
• Maintain proper customer records and sales follow-ups
• Provide market and competitor feedback to the company
