Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Operations and Training Coordinator to support daily outlets across Klang Valley. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, implement SOPs, and deliver high customer service and food quality.

The role also covers training, reporting, budget monitoring, and assisting in opening new outlets. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in F&B, hands-on cooking, and strong leadership and communication skills, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 2–3 years of working experience in F&B, preferably from a Restaurant Manager background.
• Hands on with cooking or food and beverages preparations.
• Willing to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet daily operations with the Operations Manager.
• Prepare, execute and monitor SOPs; ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide leadership to ensure good customer service.
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
• Monitor expenses and sales targets to support profitability.
• Assist in new outlet openings including equipment, raw material ordering, and training.
