Job summary

Private Advertiser in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking an F&B Outlet Assistant to manage cashier tasks, customer service and daily administrative matters of the outlet. You will assist in beverage preparation when the Barista is absent and help with inventory, bills, invoices, and licenses.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, taking orders, handling payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate transaction records while maintaining friendly service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, cashier, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Malay; basic English is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, honest and punctual.
• Able to handle cash and perform basic calculations.
• Have basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to learn beverage preparation.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
