Job summary

Wildcat in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on F&B supervisor to support daily outlet operations and staff supervision. The role involves training, scheduling, maintaining SOPs and cleanliness, with opportunities to manage shifts gradually.

Experience in F&B is preferred, with senior crew or team leader background encouraged. Mandarin is a plus; non-halal environment experience is required. Weekend work may be necessary and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• F&B experience is preferred.
• Senior Crew/Team Leader/Supervisor experience encouraged.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Mandarin is an advantage due to team needs.
• Must be able to work in Non-Halal environment.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Previous F&B experience is preferred.
• Candidates with Senior Crew, Team Leader, Supervisor or similar F&B experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in building a career in F&B management.
• Willing to work hands-on in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Able to solve problems instead of simply waiting for instructions.
• Basic Microsoft Excel / computer skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Mandarin is an advantage due to the communication needs of our existing team.
• Must be able to work in Non-Halal environment.
