Job summary

Oakwood Cameron Highlands is seeking a friendly restaurant team member to greet guests, take or assist with orders, manage reservations, upsell recommendations, and handle customer payments.

This role supports kitchen staff, keeps register stations tidy, closes the cashier at day end, and ensures smooth service. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred; parking, meals, and health insurance are provided.

Job description

Processing customer orders and payments, resolving customer complaints, and assisting other staff in the restaurant.
