Job summary

Pullman Kuching is seeking an F&B Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise the outlet team, and uphold service standards for a premium guest experience. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage shifting schedules and coordinate with kitchen and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in F&B in hotels/restaurants, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Malaysian applicants, preferably Sarawakian, welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only; preferably local Sarawakian.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving outlet revenue and cost-control targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor standards, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management.
