Cezars Kitchen Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supervisor cum F&B Coordinator to lead daily kitchen operations, oversee production, and coordinate catering events. The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent client relations, and consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have Typhoid and Food Handling Certification ready. Expected to ensure top-notch food production and customer service, while working closely with Kitchen Manager and Operations Manager.

• Able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiently.
• Possess exceptional PR skill.
• Customer oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Owns a sense of ownership towards the outlet and company.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; also a team player.
• Energetic and fast-moving; punctual daily.
• Minimum of 5 years in school kitchens, fast food, restaurants, or catering.
• Possess basic cooking knowledge; passionate about food.

Mansioni

• Assist with purchase orders of the outlet with Kitchen Manager.
• Oversee daily production and staffing; report to Operations Manager.
• Assist on monthly stock count and report to Operations Manager.
• Oversee daily cash flow as per SOP; report to Operations Manager.
• Liaise with clients for catering orders with Sous Chefs; report to Operations Manager.
• Enrollment into medical coverage program; ensure EPF/SOCSO/EIS compliance.
