Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel management or Food technology with at least 3 years in the food industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and professional communication.
• Fluent English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work retail hours and in a non-HALAL workplace.
• Attends retail training for 3–6 months in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Retail Support: assist retail team with day-to-day operations and document preparation.
• Customer Servicing: address inquiries and resolve complaints to boost satisfaction.
• Business development: identify new opportunities to hit sales targets.
• Retail Audit: schedule outlet visits to ensure SOP adherence and optimize experience.
• Performance Monitoring: define KPIs and monitor operational performance.
• Barbecue skills: master barbecue techniques for food service.
