• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems.
• Willing to work retail hours in non-halal workplace; training in KL with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations: Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet; ensure the shop is clean, organized, and compliant with SOPs and regulations; report incidents or safety issues to HR/management.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints; aim to enhance customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Sales Performance: Monitor sales, promote products/promotions, and lead the team to hit targets.
• Staff Management: Supervise, guide and coach retail staff; monitor attendance, punctuality and grooming; plan staff duty rosters.
• Cash & POS Management: Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions; perform daily closing and reconciliation.
• Stock Management: Stock count, labeling, display, arrangement and reporting.
• Barbecue skills: Must be able to master barbecue skills.

Job description

Working Location: 1 Position - Johor area.

Key Responsibilities:

Outlet Operations: Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, the company's SOPs and the relevant regulations are followed. Report incidents, accidents or safety issues to HR/management.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints effectively. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, promote products, promotions and seasonal campaigns. Lead the team to hit sales target.

Staff Management: Supervise, guide and coach retail staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality and grooming. Plan retail staff duty roster.

Cash & POS Management:Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transaction. Perform daily closing and reconciliation.

Stock Management:Stock count, stock check, stock labelling, display, arrangement and reporting.

Barbecue skills:Must be able to master barbecue skills

Requirement:

SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or Food tech with min 3 year (s) of relevant Food Industry working experience.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.

Willing and able to work retail hours
