Job summary

Hilton Ipoh is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support guest service excellence within the hotel's F&B department. You will coordinate daily operations, maintain high service standards, and work closely with colleagues to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree, college certificate or secretarial training in a vocational school or educational institution.
• 1–2 years in a similar position.
• Fluent in English to meet business needs and preferably have a good command of Food & Beverage expressions.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide support.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and administrative duties for the F&B department.
• Keep accurate personnel records, timesheets and shift rosters.
• Prepare reports and correspondences for managers and meetings.
• Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers while ensuring safety and compliance.
