Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support daily F&B operations at our property. You will maintain high customer service standards, coordinate administrative tasks, and assist the team in meetings and daily briefings.

Responsibilities include preparing daily function sheets, handling staff records, attendance, and coordinating with engineering for work orders while ensuring safety and compliance. Fluency in English and strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required and good business communication is essential.
• University degree or secretarial training is preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service focus and assist the team in daily operations.
• Prepare supervisors’ files, function sheets, and F&B activities for briefings.
• Type attendance lists, record leaves, and coordinate payroll-related records.
• Arrange uniforms, uniforms requests, and accident reports for staff.
• Attend F&B meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to concerned parties.
• Keep personnel records updated and support discipline and safety procedures.
