Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role requires balancing guest and owner expectations while ensuring outlets are profitable and well-operated.

The manager will function as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B Division, driving operational excellence, cost control, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Restaurant Manager in an international luxury hotel chain.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Due to the Malaysian government work permit restrictions, we regret to inform that only Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia will be considered.

• Oversee efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards.
