Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Café Operations Lead to set up and oversee the cafe team, including recruitment, training and staff scheduling.

You will develop and implement SOPs for daily operations, manage supplier relationships, monitor food quality and service excellence, oversee inventory and cost control, and track budgets and KPIs to drive growth.
