In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with our sales teams and customers to develop, implement, and optimize cleaning and sanitation programs that improve operational efficiency, food safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cleaning and hygiene programs for F&B sectors.
• Work with sales teams to implement technical solutions at customer sites.
• Provide technical expertise and support for trials and audits.
• Train and share platform knowledge with team members.
• Deliver reports for trials and CIP audits.
• Provide input and feedback to sales on customer needs.
• Assist with customer site problem solving and investigations.
