Job summary

Florawell Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor in Negeri Sembilan to oversee daily operations, maintain food quality and hygiene, and lead a team during busy shifts.

The role requires staff supervision, stock control, and the ability to ensure SOP compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor / Senior Crew / Team Leader is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
• Able to handle daily F&B operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, stock control and customer service.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to handle staff issues and resolve operational problems.
• Must have F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily F&B operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and work discipline.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and food safety requirements.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Prepare daily operational reports when required.
