TOR VISION SDN is seeking a Sales Executive to join its optical retail team in Petaling Jaya. You will engage customers in-store, understand needs, and guide them toward suitable eyewear and lenses while driving sales targets.

You will be trained on products and eyewear knowledge, bringing energy and excellent customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience in a fashion-forward setting.

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable in-store experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable eyewear.
• Help customers choose frames based on their style, face shape and preferences.
• Recommend suitable lenses based on their vision needs and lifestyle.
• Handle the sales process from consultation to closing.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and provide good after-sales service.
• Handle basic administrative work, phone enquiries and documentation.
• Keep the store clean, organised and presentable.
• Support the team with daily retail operations.
