Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the company and external stakeholders such as local authorities and government agencies (e.g., Majlis Bandaraya Seremban, MIDA, DOE, DOSH, etc.).
• Coordinate and attend external meetings on behalf of the company.
• Manage regulatory communications, submissions, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the company stays informed on compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and industry stakeholders.
• Support licensing, approvals, and permit-related processes.
• Represent the company in official functions, discussions, and negotiations when required.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to external affairs.
• Work closely with internal departments (HR, operations, compliance) for information alignment.
