Responsibilities

• Input sales contracts, proforma invoices, and customer orders into ERP/database.
• Review terms for pricing, payment, and delivery schedules to ensure consistency.
• Maintain organized digital records of client correspondence, contracts, and export files.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly sales data and prepare Sales Reports for management.
• Collect export/import statistics to track market movements and trends.
• Coordinate with production scheduling and warehouse to monitor order fulfilment.
