Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Export Operations Customer Support professional (open to fresh graduates) to convert source documents into the in-house system for storage, processing, and data management. You will handle data entry, bookings, shipper instructions, and respond to inquiries.

The role requires a diploma, MS Office familiarity, and strong English communication, with opportunities for development and promotions. Health and family leave benefits may be included.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export SOP.
• Create Quick Booking according to booking confirmations in Cargo Wise.
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instruction.
• Respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Keep sensitive information confidential.
• Explore process improvements through CI initiatives.
