Job summary

Denso (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a logistics/EXIM professional to drive DX initiatives and ensure smooth import/export operations. You will monitor shipments, coordinate cross-border truck movements, maintain robust documentation, and ensure monthly e-Invoice compliance while upholding 5S standards.

You will also compile billing submissions for Finance, safeguard shipment accuracy, and maintain secure, compliant supply-chain processes to support production and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of basic programming; experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, customs compliance, supply chain management, or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive DX initiatives for the EXIM Department with company-wide enhancement projects.
• Monitor air and DHL import shipments; coordinate Singapore truck shipment arrangements.
• Maintain documentation and monthly e-Invoice compliance; ensure 5S documentation standards.
• Compile billing submissions to Finance to ensure smooth payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with customs legislation and AEO declaration.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and operations.
• Implement security measures to protect the supply chain from tampering.
• Aim for on-time clearance for air shipments and track shipments to support production.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing, AWB information and declaration details.
• Submit billing on time to Finance for Ocean Freight, Truck Charges, Transporter, DHL Billing & Duty.

Job description

Responsible for driving DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives for the EXIM Department through company-wide enhancement projects, monitoring air and DHL import shipments, coordinating Singapore truck shipment arrangements, maintaining documentation and monthly e-Invoice compliance, upholding 5S documentation standards, and compiling billing submissions to Finance to ensure smooth payment processing.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to customs legislation and shipment arrangement follow the compliance ( AEO ) declaration

Maintain Accurate Records : Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions and operations.

Security Measures: Implement appropriate security and safety measures to protect the supply chain from tampering and unauthorized access.

Operation: Ontime clearance for by Air & Keep tracking on the shipment to avoid late clearance and support production for a smooth operation.

Accuracy: Documentation Invoice and AWB information need to be confirmed with the accurate information to avoid and problem or failure on shipment before the declaration

Billing: On time submission to Finance Dept once receiving billing for Ocean Freight,Truck Charges ( Fukuyama) , Transporter ( Tasco and Swift ) DHL Billing & Duty ( Weekly basis ) submit on time to Finance to avoid delay payment

Communication: Engaging with Transporter, Agent, Other dept (Internal) to have a smooth documentation and transportation arrangement.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
