Qualifications

• Previous experience in event marketing, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage.
• Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel or work on weekends and public holidays when required for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare marketing materials, including posters, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Capture and coordinate photo and video content for events and marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, event organisers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist with event budgeting, logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, event engagement, and audience feedback.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
• Support the development of promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
• Prepare event reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Perform other marketing and event-related duties as assigned.
