Dreamscape Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on role in Puchong, Malaysia, handling real customer enquiries, event sales and marketing beyond administrative tasks. You will respond via WhatsApp and social channels, follow up leads, tailor packages, prepare quotations and coordinate with Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle enquiries for events, group bookings, celebrations and packages.
• Respond to customers via WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into bookings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with Operations.
• Assist with event planning and on-ground coordination.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and content when needed.
• Assist with social media and basic marketing activities.
• Maintain enquiry and sales records.
