Job summary

You will manage timelines, budgets, logistics and production, liaising with clients, venues and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires on-site coordination, site inspections, staff briefings and close collaboration with contractors to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, annual dinners, roadshows and experiential marketing activities.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics and operational requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
• Coordinate event production, including staging, audiovisual systems, decorations and event materials.
• Conduct site inspections, supplier briefings and pre-event checks.
