Job summary

THE FLOORPLAN SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Coordinator to coordinate, plan and execute projects/events, ensuring timely delivery. You will source external contractors and suppliers, manage project costs, and handle on-site manpower and floor management.

The role involves collaboration with design and sales teams to ensure smooth setup and dismantling. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 3 full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Interior, Industrial Design, Architecture and Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute projects/events to ensure timely delivery.
• Source and communicate with external contractors and suppliers for smooth delivery during operation.
• Source suppliers per project and manage project cost, supplier management and risk.
• Conduct on-site management of manpower and floor operations.

Job description

To assist in coordinating, planning and execute effective project ensuring timely delivery of projects/events.

To source and communicate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation.

To source for supplier required per project and responsible in project cost control, supplier management and risk management.

To conduct on -site management of manpower and floor management.

To source and communicate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation.

Work closely with design and sales team for smooth set up and dismantling.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Interior, Industrial Design, Architecture and Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and Power point.
• Knowledge in booth production is an added advantage.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision and attention to details.
• Team oriented, flexibility and can work long hour, initiative and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• 3 Full time positions available.
