Job summary

Solarvest Energy Sdn Bhd invites a capable Special Officer, Manager to support the CEO of the Business & Asset pillar. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, prepare briefing materials, and represent the Office of the CEO in cross-functional forums within the group.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in executive-support, consulting, or strategy. Proficiency in English is essential; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of executive-support or strategy experience.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors desirable.
• Excellent English communications; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the CEO and teams within the pillar and external stakeholders.
• Drive progress on strategic priorities with accountability across teams.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, papers, and presentations.
• Lead or coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and capture decisions.
• Manage information flow to the CEO.
