AFA Project and Management Services – Gombak, Selangor

AFK Gourmet is seeking employee who is eager to learn and able to shows the creativity to join our team as Executive, Social Media in Batu Caves, Selangor.

Executive, Social Media will manage and grow AFK Gourmet's social media platforms, creating engaging content and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
  • Work with the Creative Designer to develop visual and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all posts reflect AFK Gourmet's brand identity and tone.
  • Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions and events.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Use insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/ message promptly and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Build and nurture an active online community around the brand.
  • Track KPIs such engagement, reach, follower growth and website traffic.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, tools and best practices in the F&B industry.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Designer and Operations for campaigns and promotional content.
  • Suggest creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and digital presence.
Qualification
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or up to 5 years for Diploma holder.
  • Have strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Canva).
  • Have a passion create a photography and video skills for food, trends and engaging digital storytelling.
