Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, Operations or related fields a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, maintenance, and service performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain business reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management reviews, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Work closely with various departments to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and documenting workflows, procedures, and performance metrics to support business goals and operational excellence.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
