We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Human Resources (Rewards & Performance) to join our dynamic team at APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD in Port Klang, Selangor. As a full-time member of our Group Human Resources department, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of performance management processes and employee reward strategies. You will work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal systems, recognition programmes, and compensation frameworks.
Support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks and day-to-day programs.
Assist in conducting market benchmarking and gathering data for salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.
Coordinate the execution of reward programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and non-financial recognition initiatives.
2. Performance Management
Facilitate the annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes, ensuring timelines are met across all departments.
Assist employees and line managers with performance management systems, tracking, and objective-setting documentation.
Compile feedback on the effectiveness of performance programs to help identify areas for system improvement.
3. HR Policy Development
Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to C&B and performance.
Answer day-to-day policy inquiries from employees and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
4. Analytics and Reporting
Maintain accurately updated employee databases regarding compensation, benefits history, and performance ratings.
Extract and analyze data to prepare regular reports on turnover costs, salary distributions, and performance appraisal completion rates.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest ways to streamline administrative workflows.
5. Decision-Making Authority
Propose and implement performance appraisal improvements.
Communicate updates and initiatives to stakeholders.
Advise senior management on rewards and performance strategies.
Balancing fairness in pay with business objectives.
Analyzing internal/external data to support strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance management, rewards.
Solid foundational knowledge of compensation structures.
Prior experience handling HR operations or data coordination in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
