Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to manage the company’s performance management system and to develop KPI/OKR targets for employees and departments. The role involves coordinating annual, probationary, and periodic performance appraisals and tracking performance for management review.
The successful candidate will analyze performance data, identify gaps, and work with managers to implement Performance Improvement Plans.

Manage and coordinate the company’s performance management system
Develop and monitor KPI/OKR and performance targets for employees and departments
Coordinate annual, probationary and periodic performance appraisals
Track employee performance and prepare performance reports for management
Analyse performance data and identify performance gaps and improvement areas
Work with managers to develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where required
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation and KPI setting
Ensure performance evaluation is conducted fairly, consistently and on time
Maintain accurate and confidential employee performance records
Support employee promotion, salary review and performance-related decisions
Prepare HR performance reports and data analysis for management review
Support HR projects, employee development and other HR activities

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
