Job summary

Responsibilities include product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support, training end users, and organizing exhibitions and workshops. You will also coordinate with hospitals on tenders and maintain the CRM database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Science/Biomedical/Marketing/Business Admin or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in B2B medical devices or healthcare industries in Penang/Kedah.
• Proven B2B sales track record in medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Ability to travel and own transport.
• Strong presentation and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote medical products to private and government hospitals' professionals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals through excellent service.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support.
• Train end users as needed.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and workshops.
• Collaborate with hospitals on tenders.
• Maintain CRM database daily.
• Ensure sales processes maximize revenue while complying with guidelines.
