Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to oversee the inspection and quality of our CCL refurbished vehicles, ensuring they meet Carsome Certified standards.

In this permanent, full-time on-site role in Klang, you will perform 100% QC inspections, drive tests to confirm repairs, update check sheets, and coordinate rework with relevant teams to maintain top-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive car repair experience.
• MLVK Level 3 Certification in Automotive Engineering.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in automotive machinery and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% Quality Control Inspections (QC) to ensure all cars meet Carsome Certified quality standards.
• Perform vehicle test drives to confirm mechanical issues are resolved.
• Fulfill 100% of daily productivity targets.
• Check sheets and update systems.
• Coordinate rework with the respective operation sections.

Job description

Responsible for the conducting inspection and maintaining quality of the CCL refurbished vehicles and related processes to deliver optimum quality products as per guideline to customers.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct 100% Quality Control Inspections (QC) checking to ensure all cars were produced according to Carsome Certified quality standards.
• Conduct vehicle test drive to confirm the mechanical issue was solved.
• Fulfill 100% of individual productivity by daily basics.
• Check sheet and system update
• Rework arrangement to the respective operation section

Your Know-How

• At least MLVK Level 3 Certified in Automotive Engineering background.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive car repair
• Compulsory with valid driving license
• Automotive After Sales Car Repair skills
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Well versed in automotive machinery/equipment operations and diagnostic tools.
