Job summary

UNIKL MESTECH is seeking an Executive for the Quality Assurance Section to prepare and finalize documentation for accreditations, and to coordinate audits and external examiner activities. The role involves maintaining records and providing admin support for QA initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to work in a dynamic academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and finalize documentation for new programme approvals, programme renewals, and accreditation submissions in compliance with regulatory and professional bodies.
• Coordinate internal and external quality assurance audits to ensure academic programmes comply with standards.
• Coordinate appointment, scheduling, and meetings of External Examiners, Industry Advisory Panels, and Board of Studies, including documentation.
• Maintain systematic and accurate records, documentation, and filing systems to support quality assurance and governance.
• Provide administrative and operational support for quality assurance initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

EXECUTIVE QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION, UNIKL MESTECH

KEY ROLES :

• Prepare, compile, and finalize documentation for new programme approvals, programme renewals, and accreditation submissions in compliance with the requirements of relevant regulatory and professional bodies.
• Coordinate internal and external quality assurance audits to ensure academic programmes comply with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate the appointment, scheduling, and meetings/visits of External Examiners (EE), Industry Advisory Panels (IAP), and Board of Studies (BoS), including the preparation of relevant documentation.
• Maintain systematic and accurate records, documentation, and filing systems to support quality assurance and academic governance activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for quality assurance initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental and organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
• Good understanding of current higher education policies, regulations, and quality assurance requirements.
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to changing priorities, systems, and work environments.
