Job summary

EMART24 HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure audits across stores meet food safety, quality, hygiene, and operational standards. You will identify compliance gaps, mitigate risks, and support stores in maintaining safe, clean, and high-quality customer experiences.

The role involves regular store visits, audit checklist execution, and preparing reports reflecting audit results, with a focus on continuous improvement and supplier audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate, diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skill.
• Food Quality Assurance background.
• Internal Auditor knowledge on GMP, MesTI, HACCP, or FSSC.
• SQC/QSC/QA audit experience for QSR/Chained Stores.
• Certified Food Handler Trainer or similar background is added advantage.
• Halal Executive certification (Optional).

To ensure all retail stores consistently comply with the Company's quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards through regular audits, inspections, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for identifying compliance gaps, mitigating risks, and supporting stores in maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• To conduct regular visits to stores for audit purposes
• To run thru audit checklist for each store
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures

• Do investigative work where necessary
