Job summary

United Vehicles Industries in Klang, Selangor invites applications for the position Executive, Production (Stamping). You will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily stamping production to meet targets, quality, and delivery schedules.

You will prepare weekly and monthly production plans, monitor performance, and work with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure smooth operations. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may apply; 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production, preferably automotive stamping or related industries.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and stamping is a plus.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience with internal/external audits is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets, quality, and delivery schedules.

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff as needed.
• Support 5S, TPM, Kaizen, productivity and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist maintenance and engineering to address machine and tooling issues.
• Participate in audits related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

JOB DESCRIPTION – EXECUTIVE, PRODUCTION (STAMPING)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly production plans according to production requirements.
• Monitor production performance and prepare production reports for management.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor manpower, machine capacity, material availability, and production flow to support production requirements.
• Ensure production materials, processes, and products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure approved work instructions, specifications, drawings, and production documents are followed in the production area.
• Monitor production issues, quality problems, and process abnormalities and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action and improvement.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff and direct workers when required.
• Support activities related to 5S, TPM, Kaizen, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to address machine, tooling, and production-related issues.
• Participate and support internal and external audits related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable management systems.
• Support audit activities by preparing relevant production records and documents and following up on audit findings related to the Production Unit.
• Ensure production activities comply with applicable quality, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
• Monitor and maintain proper production records and documentation.
• Supervise and guide the Stamping Production team to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
• Perform other duties related to production operations and improvement activities as assigned by the superior or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS – EXECUTIVE, PRODUCTION (STAMPING)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 –3 years of experience in Production, preferably in automotive manufacturing, stamping, or related manufacturing industries.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong interest in production may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations, preferably stamping.
• Good understanding of production planning, production monitoring, and manpower coordination.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience or exposure to internal/external audits is an advantage.
• Familiar with 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and problem-solving techniques.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for production reports and monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
