Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Outlet Operations to drive sales performance and uphold service excellence across our retail outlets. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering consistent customer experiences.

Working with store teams, you will monitor performance, enforce company standards, and support promotions to boost outlet visibility. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in F&B or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and sales across assigned outlets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Ensure cash, stock and credit card procedures are followed and discrepancies resolved.
• Promote marketing activities to boost visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate administrative tasks as needed.

About The Role

The Executive, Outlet Operations plays a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining exceptional service standards across DKSH's retail outlets. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong customer experiences, and consistent adherence to company standards.

What You Will Deliver

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and actively contribute to achieving maximum business results across assigned outlets
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production, ensuring agreed benchmarks are regularly reviewed and upheld
• Ensure full compliance with stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures, investigating and resolving any discrepancies with appropriate and timely action
• Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring team members adhere to company rules, regulations, and operational standards at all times
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and customer engagement
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B), or a relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and a fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition
• Willingness and ability to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends
