QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Malaysia is offering an Internship in Human Resources & Admin (or part-time) to support day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will assist with onboarding, attendance, data updates, monthly HR & Admin reports, documentation, and basic security coordination, gaining practical experience in a growing agro-based business.

Internship Human Resources & Admin or Part time

• 1. Manage the day-to-day activities of HR & Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, employee relation, preparing letters and administration tasks
• 2. Replenish supplies and inventory of company uniforms, related forms and stationery at optimum level without incurring stock out.
• 3. To conduct induction programme to new employees, on boarding, off boarding and exit interview.
• 4. Responsible for updating and monitoring employee’s data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records.
• 5. To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR & Admin related matters.
• 6. Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner.
• 7. Plan, manage and coordinate effectively the company’s security resources.
• 8. To perform any ad hoc task assigned from time to time.
