Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is recruiting for an Executive - HR Center of Excellence (Learning & Development) who will administer and maintain structured LnD processes to build a competent workforce. The role covers LMS management, content curation, and coordination of training programs aligned with the annual plan.

Responsibilities include tracking training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick, partnering with managers on training needs, and leading LnD projects while ensuring compliance and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Experience in managing training functions with instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
• Familiarity with training needs analysis and e-learning platforms, including LMS.
• Exposure to HR service quality management and HR policy administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) including configuration, access control, troubleshooting, and eLearning content management.
• Upload, update, organize, and curate eLearning modules aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate internal, external, and public training programs per annual plan ( logistics, trainer coordination, sessions, attendance, certification).
• Track, analyse, and report training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model and suggest improvements.
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and support LnD and HR projects with effective timelines and stakeholder management.
• Lead assigned LnD projects, manage deliverables, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain LnD policies and training documentation; prepare records for audits.
• Administer HRDC submissions and training claims ensuring compliance with HRDC standards.
• Execute additional LnD tasks to support objectives.
