• Minimum one year of relevant working experience.
• Working knowledge of HRD Corp e-TRiS system.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Canva.
• Understanding of instructional design, adult learning, and blended learning.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full cycle of the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal and grant submissions.
• Ensure compliance with HRD Corp requirements and cost recovery.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programmes.
• Manage venue bookings, trainer coordination, training materials, and refreshments.
• Maintain and update the centralized training database and records.
• Support onboarding of new training providers and assist invoice processing.
• Assist in compiling post-training reports and learning initiative summaries.
