Job summary

Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive Interior Design & Architectural Draughtsman to develop creative concepts and lead projects from concept through completion. You will produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, mood boards, material selections, and design specifications while coordinating with clients, sales, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Must possess Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the interior design industry.
• Experience in cabinetry, renovations, or interior design firms would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency verbal and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese would an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and ability to create visually stunning, functional, and innovative spaces.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, planning, and presentation abilities.
• Strong creative and attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work under deadlines, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for site visits when required.

• Collaborate with designers and sales team to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within project budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Oversee on-site execution of design concepts, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations when required.
• Mentoring and supporting junior designers to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable solutions.
• To carry out any other duty & responsibility, and provide additional general administrative support as needed for which the company may assign from time to time.
