Job summary

Space Planning

• Efficiently and effectively plan interior spaces, considering traffic flow, furniture layout, and optimal utilization of available space.

Material and Color Selection

• Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and color palettes to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of interior spaces.

3D Visualization

• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings to help clients visualize design concepts, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of the final design.

Furniture and Fixture Selection

• Curate an inspiring selection of furniture, fixtures, and accessories that complement the overall design and meet the clients' needs.

Project Management

• Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and schedules.

Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of design plans and ensure that the design vision is realized.

Trends and Market Research

• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, emerging materials, and industry innovations to provide innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of experience in interior design.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Additional certifications and accreditations are a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max (Vray), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other related programs.
• Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside the box to deliver innovative and personalized design solutions.
