Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an interior designer to conceptualise and develop interior design plans and solutions that meet client requirements and brand vision. Produce detailed 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and drawings to showcase design concepts.

You will participate in on-site assessments, collect data, analyze space requirements, source materials, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field, showcasing your passion for design.
• Experience in 2-3 years of working experience in interior design or related field, bringing fresh ideas and practical knowledge.
• Technical Proficiency Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to create stunning visual presentations.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
• Reliable and responsible, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Bahasa, English and Mandarin skills enabling effective communication in diverse settings.

• Provide expert advice to offer professional guidance on space planning, design conceptualization, and material schemes, ensuring brand consistency across projects.
• Managing the implementation of interior design projects from start to finish
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, marketing, development, contractors and production teams to create feasible and creative design solutions.
• Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and timely delivery Staying up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies
