Job summary

Frost & Sullivan in Malaysia is seeking a Best Practices Analyst to lead discussions with senior executives and translate insights into compelling narratives. You will guide conversations, extract key learnings, and craft structured write-ups using AI tools, while collaborating with analysts to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in journalism, consulting or client-facing fields.
• Strong English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Experience in journalism, interviewing or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact discussions with CEOs and senior leaders to extract best practices and growth strategies.
• Build rapport and guide conversations to uncover meaningful insights.
• Leverage AI tools and industry knowledge to transform discussion notes into clear, structured write-ups.
• Collaborate with analysts to validate findings and ensure accuracy.
• Represent Frost & Sullivan professionally in all client interactions.
