Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Consultant in Malaysia to lead multiple client engagements (2–4), guiding teams of 4–5 and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will mentor junior consultants, own selected accounts with revenue quotas, and participate in senior management discussions as a trusted advisor.

The candidate should combine strong analytical thinking with exceptional communication, public speaking, and stakeholder management skills, leveraging ICT industry knowledge to drive client

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or technology; Master’s/PhD is a plus.
• 5–7 years analyst/consulting experience in Consulting/Advisory services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication capabilities.
• Foundational understanding of ICT industry, its structure and landscapes.
• Ability to network and manage ongoing relationships for market intelligence.

• Lead multiple client projects (2–4) with senior stakeholders and large teams.
