Job summary

Ipsos Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Business Consulting Division. You will contribute to project execution, value-creation for clients, and business development while advancing your own professional growth.

You will work on high-impact consulting engagements across industries, perform primary and secondary research, prepare reports and presentations, and help develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in Business/Management/Economics/Science or its equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years’ working experience (inclusive of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role for Manager).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Project management and execution; conduct primary and secondary research; prepare reports and presentations.
• For Manager, responsible for business development with existing and/or new clients and team development within the department.
