Qualifications

• Experience in market research project management and survey design.
• Proficiency in survey programming tools, preferably Alchemer or similar.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
• Experience managing external research agencies and vendors.
• Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking ability with translating insights into business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of market research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Design surveys, develop questionnaires, and program surveys using platforms such as Alchemer
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure research objectives are achieved
• Provide operational support for ongoing tracking studies and maintain research consistency
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors throughout the research process
• Analyze research findings and convert data into meaningful business insights
• Prepare data tables, code open-ended responses, and create compelling charts and visualizations
• Develop insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations
• Manage relationships with third-party research agencies and suppliers to ensure quality project execution
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business questions and research needs
