Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to monitor and support the company's IT infrastructure. The role involves 1st level support, incident resolution, and coordination with engineers across onsite and remote environments.
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering or equivalent, with fresh graduates welcome. Willingness to work shifts and travel as required is essential.
To provide monitoring and 1st level support for the Company's IT infrastructure services.
To monitor the performance and status of the Company's IT infrastructure using appropriate monitoring tools to ensure it is functioning correctly as per business and service level requirements.
To respond, troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues on the infrastructure as soon as possible which includes onsite and remote troubleshooting, coordination with onsite and/or remote support engineers, and escalation to the next level of support where necessary according to the standard operating procedures.
To follow a set of procedures for incident management from incident identification to investigation, root cause analysis, resolution and closure with proper documentation.
To undertake or assist in project works as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or its equivalent.
Preferably 1 year of working experience in a related field. However, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Possess knowledge of infrastructure operations and application of best practices.

Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Have a high sense of personal responsibility and ownership, hard-working and able to work under minimum supervision.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and odd hours when required.
Possess own transport and must be able to travel when required.

On 9 August 2011, Jana Pendidikan Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“JPM”) acquired the entire shareholding in PMP. Following the acquisition of PMP by JPM, all of PMP’s net dividends that JPM receives will be donated to The Community Chest (“TCC”).
