Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and 1st level support for the Company's IT infrastructure services.
• Monitor the performance and status of the IT infrastructure using monitoring tools.
• Respond, troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues onsite and remotely; coordinate with onsite/remote engineers; escalate as needed per SOPs.
• Follow incident management procedures from identification to investigation, root cause analysis, resolution and closure with proper documentation.
• Undertake or assist in project works as assigned.
